God never Sleep


Several hundred years after the Apostles died. Somewhere, in the middle east, there is a group of Muslim caravan was crossing a strait by ship. On the ship, a group of Muslim caravan was seen other group of people who are not Muslims. Muslim caravan asked "what do you do with sculpture?". Then the answer "this is our gods, what about you?". The caravan Muslims then answered with a long talk about Islam and the bearer of Islam apostles. At the end , non-Muslim caravan was eventually converted to Islam.

In the night, the caravan had just converted to Islam was again asked the group will caravan of Muslims who go to bed. The new caravan was later converted to Islam ask a Muslim caravan "Are we gods sleep at night these days like us?". Muslim caravan replied "Allah, who did not sleep during the day and night". At the time when I was in junior high school in 1986 - 1989 there was a lesson literature. One of the material, students are introduced to characters named poet Hamzah Fansuri. At that time I thought was pure Hamzah Fansuri a poet. Such thoughts kept fixed until 3 months ago. 3 months ago new i found out Hamzah Fansuri became an important figure and the spread of Sufi Falsafi key.

Fansuri Hamzah was born in a small village in Syahru Nawi in Siam (Thailand) as revealed through his poetry Fansuri:

Hamzah Fansuri live in a time of Sultan Ala 'uddin Shah and Ri'ayat early reign, Sultan Iskandar Muda in Aceh in the Kingdom from 1550 to 1605. Hamzah Fansuri known mastering foreign languages (Arabic and Persian in addition to its own language Indonesian Malays). God did not create man to be a creature of fanaticism and narrow minds. At present, there is fanaticism in some parts of the earth. In the end, it gave birth to fanaticism racist attitudes toward other groups. This is the seed of all conflict between the groups throughout the world. And now, fanaticism and racism is apparent when the American and European whites magnify and demeaning other races. For example, Germany and Egypt Nation feel better than other nations, because they feel have older culture and better than any other nation in the world. And God clearly stated, we are all created from the same origin. As God says to Tsamood in Q Hud: 61...........
To Tsmaud (We sent) their brother Salih. He said, 'My nation, worship Allah. There is no god but He for you. He has created you from the ground and make you as manage it. Therefore, ask forgiveness of God, then repent to Allah. God is nigh (His grace) again allows (the prayer of His servant) "
Of course, this command is not only aimed at Thamood, but also the entire mankind on the earth so as not to create divisions among ethnic groups. Also do not make mischief on earth. In the verses above, people also commanded to be good managers of the earth. So we ruled the earth so that prosperity is not so prosperous yourself overreacting. Many of us now being excessive in taking the wealth of the earth, and not leave at all for others. Busy enrich themselves and oppress others. Praying in good time and hard

Basically, human nature is weak and fragile. In their time in trouble, they always pray all the time, in the midst of their work to pray, in the way they pray. Some even pray every 1 hour. Those who trouble getting material sustenance, also prayed at any time. The high intensity of this prayer, they do when they are in difficulties. But once they were off the hook, they had forgotten to pray. Once they get a lot of sustenance that they forgot to give sustenance of the Holy One. Once a provision, which keep in mind is the provision itself. Similarly, those who've been through adversity, gradually their awareness of God began to decline. In the Qur'an Allah sarcasm them. Surah Yunus: 12

"If people afflicted with danger, he prayed to us in a state of lying, sitting, or standing. But, after we remove the danger from him, he (again) through (a false path), as if he never prayed to Us (remove) danger that has befallen him. That person who exceeded the limit of what looked good they have done ".

That's human nature, just remember Allah when the hard time. Once the danger has passed, people forget Allah. Of course, this go round a shameful disease. Therefore, we should immediately eliminate the disease and the nature of this embarrassing. People who only remember Allah when the hard times, and forget Allah when they are are successful, then this person will be exposed to danger.

Therefore, be modest at the success time. Do not be exaggerated, because the exaggerated will make you forget to God. If you forget to God, do not blame anyone if God is forgotten. The destruction of a sudden will be felt for those who successfully but forgot to God. Q.S. Yunus: 24

"Worldly life is like water (rain) which We send down from heaven, and earth the plants flourished, partly eaten by humans and cattle. Until, when the earth was a perfect beauty, and has been decorated beautifully, and when the owners thought that they have mastered it, suddenly came to him doom in the evening or afternoon. Then, we make the (plants) like plants that have been seemed never to grow. Thus do We explain the signs of power (we are) to people who think ".

Destruction that comes when we feel will soon reap the rewards, of course very painful. This kind of destruction that often destroy the hopes many people who forget to God in good time. As with humans, of course we need the help of God in the time we have a problem. But, we also must always remember God when we love. Thus, our relationship with God will always be intertwined. Characteristics Sufism

Talking about the Sufi's very diverse, there is called the Natural Mysticism and magic in it, including the unity with all things in Nature other than god. In Natural Mysticism, a person will feel unity one with certain plants, chemical substances, or including marijuana, drugs and all forms of narcotics.

Of Islamic Sufism is very different from that. Even so, not easy to give a comprehensive characteristics of the notion of sufism. The experts, in general, tend to accept William James research published in his book "The Variety of Religious Experience". Characteristics of sufism, among other things:

  • Ineffability, difficult to express because it comes a sense of mystical experience and stresses quality, which means private subjectivity of the mystical experience itself.
  • Incommunicbale, difficult to communicate. This means that human language or words that there is not sufficient to describe the spiritual experiences of the mystics. In addition to the language of the Sufis is difficult to understand, the Sufi use symbolic meanings to express of their experience .
  • Noetic, which means not based on certain theories are scientific. The experience of the Sufis are inspirational, like inspiration data. So be very wrong if generalized.
  • Pasivity, a mystic experience does not happen because of the desire of the mystics, but the grace of God Almighty. In this case, the Sufis do not have the ability to control the mystic experience but merely pasive and accept it.
  • Transiency, mystic experience is only temporary and passed very fast like lightning in life. But these experiences are usually very strong and very clear stored in the hearts of the Sufis.
  • Integration with the higher reality, the experience strengthens mystic union between man and God is all-glorious; (Yahweh in Jewish tradition; Lord or God in the Christian tradition; God in Islam; brahman, sunyata, Tao in the tradition of eastern religions).

Sufi experience was like lightning in a matter of seconds. But the flash, make a big change in behavior among the Sufis of life in everyday. God more important than the other thing. In addition, also be wise in looking at various problems of the world. (Sufimoslem4euro)

History of Sufism 2

In order to understand Tasawwuf, we must understand the terminology mystism. Derived from the Greek word (Myen) which means blind eye which is also the origin of the word mystery, then formed mystcism said. The ultimate goal of a mystic will never be achieved through academic ways or usually ways because the basis of mysticism is love at the All Absolute, Truth, and Reality, or God's singles. Or better known as an attempt to disclose "The secrets Kingdom of Heaven". This definition is consistent with the proposed Attusi Abu Nasr al-Sarraj (d. 378 H/988M) that the Sufis are those who put God above all else, as well as Lord priority them.

According to the theory of Neo-Platonism, mystic words meaning wordless contemplation or contemplation without words. However, unlike a significant understanding of Greece remain silent, which means "silent". This terminology is also used in early Christian tradition as a means mustikos spiritual interpretation that is essential or esoteric, inner of religious texts as opposed to the literal interpretation and exoteric.

Actually, in Islam the word mystic is not known, to the extent of Sheikh Abdul Halim Mahmud, the former Al-Azhar sheikh also an expert in Sufism, Sufism is very object if aligned with the western understanding of Mysticism. 1 / 3 Muslims go to heaven without going through hell

The scholars who share a Ramadan Ramadan in three stages. Each stage consists of 10 nights. The first stage is the first in 10 nights of Ramadan are full of grace. The second stage is a 10 second night full Maghfirah. The third phase of funding was 10 last night in the month of Ramadan is full of forgiveness. Muslims who can pass with either stage 3, then at 10 last night he would get a pardon. Those who can pardon is entitled to enter Paradise without a trial first. The problem is, we often make mistakes in God as Ramadan ends. This means, we are back together again sins. Of course, for those who sin will not be able to enter Paradise without being judged. Then the question arises, how can we maintain that there is forgiveness in our awake until we die and face God. The scholars make the guidelines so that we remain forgiven god. Here's how: Spread Greetings (Speech) and peace (create an atmosphere of peace) on this earth to:

  1. Fellow Muslims. So, we should really keep the peace in the internal Muslim. There must be no hostility dianatara Muslims themselves.
  2. Fellow nations. So we must always be a harmonious relationship among our own people. There must be no hostility in their own nation.
  3. Fellow human beings: We are asked to create a peaceful human beings, regardless of race, religion, and which group. Principle, should make peace.
